The OFF Company was founded in 1995 by Adrienn Hód, all the founding members were students of the Budapest Dance School: Tamás Bakó, Júlia Garai, Alexandra Lex, Gabriella Máthé. Iván Angelus was the production manager of the company. The OFF Foundation was the maintainer of OFF Company between 2022 and 2007.
